Shipping & Handling (Floor Lamps)

Picinae takes great care in packaging your orders so they arrive in the same beautiful, fully functional condition as when completed.  Our products are shipped to destinations within the continental US unless noted otherwise and our regular packaging and shipping methods are described below.  We will try to accommodate requests for special shipping/handling, additional charges may apply; please contact us with these requests. 

Floor Lamps:  Unless otherwise noted in product listings the following applies for shipping and handling:

• Lamp bodies packaged in sewn fleece bags and sleeves.

• Lamp shades individually packaged in plastic bags; harps, bulbs and finials boxed.

• Lamps and shades may be shipped in separate boxes. 

• Floor lamps typically ship within 2-3 business days from inventory, custom ordered floor lamps ship as quoted.

• Ships by FedEx Ground, USPS Ground or similar.  Transit times typically 7-10 business days per carriers schedule.

• Lamp and shade boxes are double boxed and/or partitioned as necessary.  Packing fillers used as necessary.

• Floor lamps with single bulb sockets are shipped fully wired and assembled except for normal installation of the harp, shade, finial and bulb (no tools required).

• Floor lamps with 2 bulb sockets are shipped fully wired but with the socket assembly detached, simple re-attachment is required before use (no tools required).  Normal installation of shade, bulb and finial are also required before use (no tools required).
